Rudukai13 Posted December 31, 2015 Share Posted December 31, 2015 I'm wondering what if any options there are for a frame-mounted optic on a standard P226 (not X5). I don't really want one that fits to the rail under the barrel, more like one of the many that are available for 1911/2011 pistols. So far my research hasn't come up with any good options. If someone is aware of a competition-grade optic mount that attaches to the frame, please post a link! Another consideration, would it be at all feasible to use one of the mounts meant for 1911/2011 pistols and adapt it for use on the P226? Has anyone done anything like this before?
