They are called X-Change kits and include the slide, sights, barrel, guide rod/recoil spring, grip, and one magazine. Just toss in an FCU and go. The price on them is a bit high but when you register your SIG online you get a one time use code for 20% off. Also, I heard an off-hand, unconfirmed report that the price might be coming down on the X-Change kits early next year.
