rustybayonet
I am looking at getting a threaded barrel for my m&p9. Question is: stormlake or wilson combate match grade, both are in the same price range but the wilson sounds like a better choice?
shutr
I just put a Wilson (non threaded) barrel in my S&W M&P 9mm CORE and it shoots good. Unfortunately it started raining 15 min after I got to the range so could't do a comprehensive test. At 25 yds group was 1/2 the size of the factory barrel, shooting 147gr bullets. Hope this helps with your decision.

truborshooter
I found that the Wilson had a short throat, like my 5" CORE PRO 2 dot barrel. 124 MG JHP no longer than 1.115" in the Wilson The KKM's was as long as my 1911 barrels, could easily take 1.160" Both were much more accurate than the factory barrels With the Wilson edging out the KKM on some loads Both non-threaded, but shouldn't make a difference YMMV Edited October 25, 2015 by truborshooter
