Thanks, Lou, some nice stuff there - Brian is consistent - he said a couple

of months ago he likes the 25-50 yard bench shooting the best ...

Some other good ideas there, also - like training properly since it will

remain with you - if it's bad training, you'll remember bad techniques

(I did this for years, until I found this Forum).
