blacklab
I shot a guy's open 2011 the other night. He had a slide stop that was really wide and offset down. It made the perfect thumb rest for me. He couldn't remember where he got it. Does anyone know who makes these and where I can get one for my 1911? blacklab
I'm not sure if this question belongs here or the 1911- style pistols.
idHawk
http://www.shootingsportsinnovations.com/NITRO-FIN-2011-STI-SV-Slide-Lock-Thumb-Rest-POLISHED-NF17-4-POLISHED.htm The question belongs here just fine. They work well on Open Guns that require a lower thumb rest when using the 90 degree mounts. They also work well on Limited Guns. My wife uses this one on her limited gun. I think they are a great design. Edited July 2, 2015 by idHawk
Nugget
I really like my nitro fins. I have 2 and they are perfect for my thumb length.
