STI Edge 40 used value

I have found a used STI edge that has extended mag release, 5 mags (all 126's) and a dawson Ice mag well. Problem is it is on consignment and the gun shop will not allow me to contact the original owner to find out any specifics. It looks fairly clean but hard for me to tell how much use it has had. they have it listed for 1650.00 I know Dawson had one the other day with 50 rounds through it all stock for about the same price with 1 mag.

Do you think it would be better to just wait and spend the extra on a new Brazo's edge or pursue this one if I can get them to ask the Original owner the questions and relay the info back to me.

5-126mm magazines aren't going to be worth much and I doubt you will ever use them so they don't really add any value. You will mainly need 140 mags to be competitive with 20/21 rounds in them.

The Dawson sounds like the exact same deal and you know Dawson will stand behind it.

Either of these options you are buying 2-3, 140mm magazines.

I would keep looking on B.E.

I would look at the new STI "DVC" Limited Pistol before I would buy an Edge.

However, if the Edge is what you want, I believe there will be several of

them for sale on BE after the DVC model becomes easier to find.
