jhr1986
In case anyone cares, I ended up going with the SDB; found a good deal locally so I jumped. Seems like most of the benefits of the LNL were things that didn't apply to my loading/needs. I've only loaded 500 rounds or so and it works very well after some tweaking. Doubled my speed from the lee classic turret which is exactly what I wanted. After playing with the dillon, I have gained more appreciation for the lee though. I will probably keep it around for load development since that is a little harder to do with the sdb.
jmorris
I use my SD's for load development, work up to the PF I want with a bullet/powder combo then crank out enough rounds for side by side testing with other combos. Saves a lot of time.
SterlingSomeone
I think you made the right choice. I use a SDB and a 650. The LNL my friend has was a constant headache and he ended up buying a SDB to replace it.
Mush from PA.
My suggestion is go find both and try them. IMHO Hand loaders will let you try their press. After months of research on your exact question, I bought a used LNL and like it. A friend is a Blue press fan and has used my LNL. He admitted that the LNL does some things better but he is blue fan thru and thru. Either will work. Ford vs. some other car.
