kmonroe99 Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 I'm converting from 9mm to 38 Special for the first time. I'll be using RNFP bullets in the 38's. The conversion kit came with 3 seating dies, I for RN, 1 for maybe cone or SWC shapes, and one that looks like it's for full WC shapes i.e. just a flat nose on it. Just checking the bullet nose against each die, I can't really tell which one I should try to start with - the round nose die looks like it will hit the curve of the ogive and leave a ring; the SWC or cone shape doesn't seem to fit quite right, and the flat nose looks like it might work.
