Motosapians, I agree, I tried several different springs in guns and always end going with the factory weights. With only a very slight difference in feel, no discernable difference in speed or muzzle dip, I tend to opt to ere on the side of reliability.

I am sure it's not going to be the same for everyone but someone coming into this wanting to find a spring weight might try it. I found that when i got my .40 2011 I started with the 14 pound factory spring and it shot good. After wathing that video i ordered some springs and hit the range. impacts with 14 pound spring on fast doubles were about 10 inches apart almost all vertical. I went to a 13 pound spring and it was down to around 8" and then to a 12 pound and they were down to 3-4" so needless to say the 12 pound is what rides in my 2011. Did the same when I got my Trojan .40 and ended up with the 13 pound. Same with 9mm Trojan and ended up with factory 10 pound.
