Matt in TN Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 When doing a reload with retention I usually stow the half-empty mag in my chest pocket. I generally shoot csmall club matches and no one has ever said anything to me, but I just recently saw rule 8.6.1.2 that says "Loading devices may not be placed in chest pockets." I take it that means half-empty stowed mags too, and I'd get a penalty at a major match? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

GOF Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 Yeah... you'd probably get dinged at a Sanctioned Match, since the RB specifically prohibits loading devices carried in a chest pocket.
