Grumpy's Toy
I just received 4lb of imr 700x, being that I've never used this powder before, is it ok for 9mm?? Very little info on loads in any of my reloading books, also very inconsistent powder throws on my 650. I'm using Bayou 115 and 125 gr bullets. Anybody have a good safe load for it. CeeZer
4.0gr with OAL 1.12" in my CZ, PF130, Berry's 124gr RN plated bullets. Not a bad powder at all. 700X burns with producing some very fine and 'soft' ash which is easy to clean off. I 'burned' 10lbs of it when couldn't find powder. Still liking Clays, working down 3rd and last 8lb jug, will be switching to TG then as that's what I could source.
