Tuning Low Mass BCG

Got a VDI LMOS. I have a carbine length buffer tube, stock spring, and carbine buffer. Also have a syrac gas block.

I know with the JP LMOS and a rifle length buffer tube, everyone is getting a jp lightweight buffer, and the jp spring.

With my carbine length and carbine buffer, what should I do? Leave it? Cut some of the spring? Something else?

Carbine length ulw buffer and spring from taccom.... I use the rifle length and it works great.... plus it's really inexpensive

The weight of the buffer is what matters, not the length of it or the spring. If you have a standard weight buffer it's actually a bit lighter than the JP rifle buffer already. If you have a H buffer then I'd either remove some weights from it or buy a standard weight carbine buffer.

I'm running pretty much the same setup except with a seeking adjustable gas block and rifle length buffer tube assembly.. voodoo carrier works great... looks cool too

You should be good with a standard carbine buffer.
