Does an individual who is attempting to gather facts enabling him/ her to make a RATIONAL conclusion for his/her constituents an impropriety? OUR elected officials are there for us and to report back to us. If there are errors be it "Cut and Paste" or COI, then we should be made aware of the issue(s) for the betterment and future of USPSA. The retaliation for exposure should not be grounds for removal of the whistle blower but are grounds for investigation. The membership should not be kept in the dark. The conflict of interest is apparent and should be corrected. The inappropriate expenditures should be addressed. Personally, I like Phil and Kim but this is not a personal issue but a work performance issue(s) and needs to be fully exposed and rectified.
