trouble Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 Can anyone help me figure out what barrel I have? The barrel is marked Utilimatch .400. But on their website it lists utilimatch and utilimatch AET barrels. I'm hoping to have a non AET barrel as I have heard negative feedback using plated bullets with a AET. Thanks. T Bacus Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 AET barrels come pre-chambered and are marked so on the top of the chamber, i.e. 40S&W - AET. Standard Ultimatch barrels are not chambered and as such are marked by the bore diameter only, i.e. Ultimatch .355, Ultimatch .400, ect.. You do not have an AET barrel.
