Pin sets for STI 2011 frame....do 1911 pin sets fit? what is best?

Hi, putting together an STI frame. I wanted to make sure i'm getting the appropriate parts to fit it. Curious, would the 1911 frame pin sets fit or should i get the STI brand pin set. Is there a preferred brand?

The frame already has a MSH on the frame with a pin so i was hoping perhaps the EGW or C&S might fit the rest of the frame needs. i did a google and forum search but so far haven't come up with the answer.

The ejector pin is different

The 2011 pin is a bit larger and the 1911 pin will not work

Yep you can buy the ejector pin separately from shooters connection. I used Wilson stainless on my 2011 since i read somewhere that they are the only ones who make oversized pins

Not sure though but it works perfectly.

My frame was chromed thus blue pins stick out
