Gun Geek
Instead of complaining, I thought we might start working on the holster stuff that seems to be absent. There are 2 types that were not covered in the holster missive: Paddles I have a kydex paddle and by looking at it, it may qualify as one of the "pouch" type. The pouch that holds the gun is held directly against the shooter's body. The only offset involved is so the backpiece can clear your jeans and belt. Yaqui Slide This is about the simplest holster I can find (here's a picture: Galco Yaqui Slide Web Page). It seems to meet all the criteria (if I studied it right) on pp 30-31. Whadda ya think? AikiDale
If the Yaqui Slide were to be found illegal as an all day practical carry type holster not fit for IDPA or 'real world' use I suspect Colonel Cooper might grimace.
rhino
I'll add one to the mix ... What about Blade-Tech holsters that have a Tek-Lok belt attachment? Is that considered an "offset"?
slowsure
What about Blade-Tech holsters that have a Tek-Lok belt attachment? Is that considered an "offset"? I've got the Tek-Lok belt attachment on my Blade-Tech mag holsters. I see light between the puuch and the belt!!! The way I read the rules this is now against the rules and I cant use it. Darn those 1/8 offsets.
