question about rules in 3 gun for a stage where you start empty

This is how I approach these things;

1) if its not specifically spelled out it must be allowed, barring any safety infractions.

2) if the RO doesn't like how I shot the stage he better have some legitimate rule to back it up. If he does, ill take the penalty, no big deal. If he doesn't he can go pound sand. Ask to have the MD/RM (whoever does this) arbitrate and stand your ground, worst case is you probably will get to reshoot. Again no big deal.

3) don't sweat the little things, ask a question if you have one. Most ROs are happy to clarify things. Just have fun.
