(Mar/Apr American Handgunner - p. 33) So, considering the original question, technically, your answer was correct. What clued you to guess the Mar/Apr issue? After you said 1984 I did a Leatham article search on American Handgunner's website and in 1984 there were only two issues with anything meaningful, and my gut instinct told me Mar/Apr.
