Canuck223
Just for a minute, imagine you are designing an adjustable rear sight. You have the sights set up so that it's dead on at 35 yards. How many inches of adjustment would you want to have in both directions?
38supPat
Well if it is dead on I'd have to say I don't need any adjustments
bountyhunter
Based on history: I would want at least about 4" POI movement ability by adjusting the sight up and down for 35 yard range.
GunCat
The answer to your question will vary greatly depending upon the purpose and (realistic) maximum distance you will want to zero the gun. Is this a 7-50 yard PPC or Bullseye gun (and I would include USPSA / 3 Gun in that range) - or some other purpose?
