Tac Sport thumb rest

I'm thinking about installing a thumb rest on my Tac Sport. I would love to hear the pros and cons, also any brand recommendations would be great.

Of all the thumb rests I've tried I like the $17 one for airsoft the best!

Yeah, I was thinking of something that used the czechmate pattern, that way I'm set if I ever want to make it an open gun.
