Can you shorten the take-up on the single action of a CZ 75 SP 01 ?

Yes, you need the short rest disconnector from CZC or CGW

The reset is very nice but the take-up is long . Someone told me it was like that because the double action had to be long

Not necessary, the current short reset trigger offerings can help a lot. Here's my Shadow with SRTS installed:

if you leave the block intact. the reset will be slightly longer and there will be some takeup, because of the block lever.

so on yours, is the firing pin block still in place ? or has it been taken out.

Has been taken out but I have to put it back in for to be production legal in USPSA

so given you re-install your block and lever.

and you install the short reset disconnector, you will just need to insure you allow the trigger to move forward enough for the trigger bar to reset on the firing pin block lever. in the B model gun this will leave a little more trigger free play than in a model without the firing pin block in it.
