Brine0
I just installed the Taylor freelance extended base pads brake that are rated for plus 10 for the 9mm glock 34 Gen 4 for factory 17 round magazines and I have no loading issues. But the issue is when shooting, the Glock gen 4 followers get hung up in the transition edge from the new extended Baseplate into the gen 4 magazines. Then the gun obviously malfunctions. EkuJustice
Guy we shoot with had the same issue. It's like the mag tube won't slide in far enough forward in the extension. We tried my base pad on his tube and it worked. His base on my tube jammed. Mine is an older setup his was just bought
mscott
You may just need to bevel the bottom edges of the magazine body so the follower can slide on up. Also look at the base pad and see if the hole is machine straight. I have one that the opening is noticeably off center, but haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. Brine0
I have all 3 that are doing the same thing. All new. Seems to be more of a follower issue, maybe.
Brine0
Fishsticks posted this link for a helpful video. Hopeful the followers problem will go away.
