What material is the plastic bullet plate made of? PVC, Delrin, Nylon?

I used Hyvar because that is what I had sitting around. I would imagine anything you can get your hands on will work.

I have the Hornady Bullet Feeder. Was it loud? Yes. But a $15 purchase fixed it right up. I bought some noise damping material at Advanced Auto Parts that you use in cars. You cut it to size and it sticks to where ever you place it. I'll get some pics up later.

Also, just like any bullet feeder they all need adjustment. My Hornady will drop 40 bullets a minute. That's WAY more than you will be able to load (2400 rounds per hour.)

The only down side is there is no cut off switch, so it does run continually.

In the end the slower autodrive works out to be faster. This is because you can keep the collators full, primer tube full and casegauge while it is loading.

This one is flying. It's the Rotary one we just finished converting.

72 rounds a min on this setting.

It's just sizing/depriming and swaging in this video but you can get an idea of the speed.

This is a bit more in my comfort zone loading with the same machine. It is nice to speed it up to process the brass quickly, then load at whatever pace you want.

so there is a big eccentric cam under the 1050 that makes the toolhead (ram?) go up and down?

I'm assuming, that once again, you've made your own autodrive? I'm assuming that, as I've seen the Ponsness, and yours doesn't resemble it at all.

The last drive in the videos is a rotary kit that we got from Craig and it is a lot different than the PW kit. It's also been changed a little from what he sells, as his uses the PW as a starting point.

You will hear less of the "clunk ...clunk" at the bottom of the stroke. This is where the rotary is better than the camming PW, I am working on a mod that will make the PW style will work without as much stress but need the kid to take a few more naps during non paying job time to put the parts I have together.

So many neat toys to spend money on... I love my Mr. Bulletfeeder and would love to automate my press even further, but I don't think that's likely to happen any time soon!
