Reroye Posted July 14, 2013 Author Share Posted July 14, 2013 I had read some where that it could be left in so I installed the sa trigger and it seems to work fine. Then later saw where some people said it had to be removed. Is this a safety issue or is it just not needed anymore? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
kneelingatlas Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 I guess if you go to a SA trigger, the DA just can't reset so it could just ride along. I always remove them from my SA pistols, the extra part dragging around can't help your trigger pull. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
blind bat Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 If you put in a light weight aluminum SAO trigger and remove the disconnector you can remove a lot of tension from the trigger return spring. With the disconnector left in there you'd have to leave more spring tension (heavier trigger pull) in the return spring. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
