Throwingdown
Picked one up , dissassembled my CZ75b, pulled the trigger bar out, popped out the factory pins, pull out the SA trigger and the pin will not go into the trigger. The holes are too small. I figured it may be some paint overspray, so I took a little sandpaper, rolled it up put it in the holes and removed a touch of the paint and the trigger pin and the retaining pin are still too tight?? They won't advance. Being aluminum, I was not about to use a punch to try to drive them in. Am I missing something??
kneelingatlas
None of the CZ triggers I've installed were 'drop in'; each time I reamed the holes with a drill bit. Better too small than too big...
Throwingdown
Thanks. I just wanted to make sure before I tried to fit it. Do you recall what size drill bit to use. Any other tips on the install to help me avoid using colorful language...

splitime
I used a very small round file and just worked mine until it was a clean slip fit.
