sqeeler
Looking for some feedback on any potential issues in the kimber rods either gi or full length. I have a couple of each that could be put to use , but would like to hear of any problems that may have been experienced with either. I do like the fact they are already beveled and havnt had any problems YET! Lokking forward to your responses.
cheers623
The GI style ones should be no problem. The only thing to watch for with full length is that they aren't too long and will allow you to turn the barrel bushing without binding. Otherwise you're good to go. Bob DuBois
Have three Kimber in 45 acp and had a couple more, no problems. Have drilled a small hole close to the barrel bushing so I can insert a small section of bent paper clip shaper like an L insert the small end into the guide rod help take the pistol apart. Guide rod comes out from the inside captured. All are full length.
