Zmego
This is just for shits and giggles. I wanted to see if anyone has been able to come up with a sub sonic load that will work/stabilize out of a .223. I have a suppressor and want to see if I can make her actually silent instead of suppressed. This is not for precision or long range, it is just to make me smile. I know that no sub sonic load will cycle the action and that is fine. I am hesitant to work one up because I don't want to send a tumbling bullet down my baffles. I would rather piggy back off all you people's knowledge and learn from your mistakes!
PKT1106
Hodgdon's online relaoding info has a few with Titegroup, Trail Boss and Clays. I tried the Titegroup load through an AR I had and it was pretty quiet and decent accuracy. Dropped alot in 100 yds. They only have them for the 55gr bullets, but its a start. You shooting at Custer? Their website shows data for tg, tb, and reg clays for 55gr bullets.
