EkuJustice
Why not add some Taylor freelance 170 mm extensions on the bottom if a 17 rounder. With the value if the 33 rounder these days your better off selling it over attempting to cut one up to make a mag.
shooter.860
I already have Taylor 170 mags. I happen to have an old 33 round mag - that I am willing to experiment on. (its partially damaged so cutting it wont hurt)
Noximus03
If you already have a TF big stick extension, and a 33rd mag you want to experiment with, why not measure the TF mag's overall length and go from there? I think your real trick will be in the baseplate and spring weight choice. Would like to hear about your progress with this.
shooter.860
I was hoping to get a peek inside someone's SJC mag so I could see how they cut the mag so the Arredondo works. Still looking for a pic..
mlmiller1
I was hoping to get a peek inside someone's SJC mag so I could see how they cut the mag so the Arredondo works. Still looking for a pic.. I don't have an SJC but I did have to take my arredondo's & sand a bevel on the top of the extension to give a good clear fit. The mags would fit in the gun without that but the extension was hanging on the magwell some & it took tremendous effort to get them to latch in. I sort of beveled the top of them off & never another problem. This may not help you but thought I would give it a try. MLM
