8811GUN Posted December 23, 2012 Share Posted December 23, 2012 I can't read what I typed before,it must not have been important.any way i have loaded for a few yrs. 9mm and now 40sw.have not loaded any powder other then alliant bullseye.it burns clean shoots well not too expensive I look at this way if it broke don't fix it. DerrickJ Posted December 23, 2012 Share Posted December 23, 2012 When I loaded 9 and 45 I used a lot of Power Pistol for both. It's not ideal for the 45, but it made some great 750-800 f/s loads that were soft shooting with 230 gn round nose. I liked only buying one powder during that time, and Power Pistol fit the bill for me. I cannot speak to it's performance in 40. Now that I'm dedicating my reloading to 40, I am looking towards N320.
