Extractor
I've always sat to reload (Lee and Lyman turret and single presses) for the the XL650 is most definately a stand up press. My backs not the best and it's still ok standing up to use the press. Theres too much going on there for me to reload and not be able to watch it all, I can average around 14 rounds per minute. PJones1911
I reload for an hour or so and then stretch our my back by touching my toes, or I should say attempting to touch my toes. It feels great after stretching. Standing is the only way to be productive. Paul

BMartens
I can sit or stand. Bench is 39' with no strong mount. I usually stand but, for longer stretches I pull up the padded barstool and just keep going. One 650 on one end of the bench and the other 650 on the opposite end. Just slide the stool to either end.
