Marv Z
I've found this to be helpfull. http://masterpostemple.bravepages.com/M1load.htm Has overall length info also. Crimp is pretty subjective depending on who you talk to. I have a bunch of Greek surplus I got thru CMP and the crimp varies wildly. One round has a huge crimp and the next is untouched, it all shoots the same to me. When I load .308 I just put enough crimp on to positively secure the bullet from setback. nothing more. Hope that helps.
redial
Assuming it's an '06, 46.5 of IMR 4895 and a 168 Sierra at 3.34" has been a standard accuracy load for 50 years or so. No crimp - use a VLD chamfering tool on case mouths to avoid shaving bullet jacket when seating. Brass and primer aren't terribly important as far as groups and scores are concerned.
