Mike21STI
I'm getting a JP rifle built and am not sure which comp to go with. The tactical(smaller) one or the larger one. My concern with the larger one is that I don't know if it will put me in a different division for USPSA multigun. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? caz41
As per their website the large comp 1.2 OD so it would put you in open
co-exprs
If you're getting a 223, then you don't really need the big brake. Honestly my sight just lays there with the small comp installed. If you are getting a 308, recoil would be benefitted by the large brake, but is not legal in HeMan divisions. So for any division other than Open, you are stuck with the smaller comps. Mike21STI
Thanks, for the replies, I got it straightened out with JP, it didn't have the smaller comp listed as a possible combination when I was doing my riflebuilder, they got it fixed and i'm going with the small comp so I don't get bumped to open. They are great to work with by the way, i'm glad I am getting my rifle through them
