E K
Any idea as to how the KKM barrel compares to the stock factory barrel weight wise?
splitime
Took both over to my loading area and found the factory barrel is to heavy to run on my little digital scale. Ah well.
Carbon
I can tell you that the KKM brought my group sizes in half on two 9mm Pro models. Great product. You do need new sights with it though. 4" lower at 25 yards.

roostershooter
http://10-8performance.blogspot.com/2012/06/s-m-barrels.html?m=1 I was just getting ready to ask this question, but for the 9 Pro! This is my first Pro, and I bought 6 KKM Barrels of various lengths for my other M&P 9s, so I have a spare 5" Barrel. I do know that the KKM Barrels are the ONLY barrel I will replace my factory barrels with. I have brought all of my groups down in my Glocks, Berettas, and other M&Ps with them. E K
I emailed KKM and they responded that they had no idea. I explained I shot USPSA and I needed to know the weight. They've ignored my follow up emails!
splitime
If my new scale can handle the weight, I'll try to remember to weigh it after the scale arrives.
Carbon
It's the same profile as stock. The wieght difference can't be enough to make any difference.

They've ignored my follow up emails! Kevin and those guys get pretty busy and handle a lot of business the old fashioned way ... by phone! I'll weigh them both and let you know if a few minutes. KKM is 4.15 oz. S&W Stock is 4.15 oz. They're the same weight. The quality definitely goes to the KKM.

roostershooter
Rooster, Thank you! Much appreciated. Anytime! I forgot to mention that the barrels that I compared were the 5" barrels for my Pro 9. I'm sure the 4.25" barrels would be equal in weight as well, whatever that might be.
