I make a shake.. two eggs, one banana, strawbarries or whatever fruit is in the fig, one cup oatmeal, one scoop peanut butter and milk. hold me over til I get to the range and I take a sandwick, fruit or trailmix, water. then on the way home get some coffee and something eat.
