hondaman
Will Dillon sell me a new motor for it? I took the bottom blue plate off the case feeder housing, and when I turn the motor on, it just hums and doesn't turn.
Merlin Orr
There is a thread somewhere here with a replacement motor brand and part number other than Dillon... And, Dillon does sell them. I replaced one myself. I THINK it was about $70.00.
ScottyPotty
I think you can get them from Granger.
hondaman
Yeah, after a little research, you can get them from grainger, but allegedly don't have the hole for the pin that turns the shell plate. I just ordered a new one from Dillon, $65.
BigK
I'm guessing there's a warranty period and you were past that point. I just got my press and case feeder in the last couple of months. Anyone recall the warranty period on this (just in case it happens to me too). Edited March 25, 2012 by BigK
Aircooled6racer
Hello: I took one of mine apart and cleaned out all the old grease and repacked it with synthetic grease and it has worked ever since. I also ran into a problem with the microswitch not working and cleaned it up and it is working great. Thanks, Eric

But mine died in a month. I didn't press the issue, because I ruined it myself. I turned the clutch down too hard so that I didn't have to feed the hopper as often.
