Case feeder died.

Will Dillon sell me a new motor for it? I took the bottom blue plate off the case feeder housing, and when I turn the motor on, it just hums and doesn't turn.

There is a thread somewhere here with a replacement motor brand and part number other than Dillon... And, Dillon does sell them. I replaced one myself. I THINK it was about $70.00.

I think you can get them from Granger.

Yeah, after a little research, you can get them from grainger, but allegedly don't have the hole for the pin that turns the shell plate.

I just ordered a new one from Dillon, $65.00

I'm guessing there's a warranty period and you were past that point. I just got my press and case feeder in the last couple of months.

Anyone recall the warranty period on this (just in case it happens to me too).

Hello: I took one of mine apart and cleaned out all the old grease and repacked it with synthetic grease and it has worked ever since. I also ran into a problem with the microswitch not working and cleaned it up and it is working great. Thanks, Eric

One year on the electronic parts. But mine died in a month. I didn't press the issue, because I ruined it myself. I turned the clutch down too hard so that I didn't have to feed the hopper as often.

A lot of people would have still tried to get them to pay for their own error.
