Boy Posted February 23, 2017 Share Posted February 23, 2017 That question needs not ask what choke tube is marked on it but how much restriction. Example would be if a shotgun has a overbored barrel, like many new shotguns have now days. A traditional ic choke would have .010" restriction. If the barrel is a traditional barrel for example (.729") and a ic tube with .010" restriction would be a lot tighter pattern from a overbored barrel (.739). More like mod. choke.
