PHX Posted February 7, 2012 Share Posted February 7, 2012 I know this should be in the reloading section, but all our tanfoglio/eaa questions get looked over by all the sti guys. I have been using blue dot for my loads, but im not super impressed. Its really dirty and lots of unburnt powder. I was thinking of trying IMR 4756. I see it come up with sti shooters frequently as an alternate for vit powders. I just can't spend that much for vit. Has anyone tried this or can you reccomend a good alternative to vit? Lastly, a small pistol magnum primer should be fine for the imr powder correct. I haven't had good luck with small rifle like some use. Thanks!
