Well I just signed up on this great web site-Hope I fit in.

I am a 59 year old male living in North Texas.Always interested

in shooting and Martial Arts. I have been a Black belt for 20 + years

in Kara-Te and Aiki Jujutsu. In the last few years I retired from Teaching

(bad Knees) and fell into Cowboy Action Shooting.I am now the President of

a club in North Texas and teach and conduct shooting in this 4 gun sport.

I know some people Scoff at CAS , but you will not meet a friendlier group

of people anywhere.If anyone has any pointers or commits I would love to hear from you.

Yeah, some people scoff at CAS. Or IDPA. Or Bianchi Cup. Or.....

I hope you'll find damned little of that here. We embrace anyone who's out shooting, regardless of the discipline.

Tell us something about this instructing you do. Is it geared towards barnd new shooters (how not to get DQ'd) or how to excel?

Are cowbou guns those ones with the circular looking thing, with the holes in it, that goes round and roundm when your thumb pulls on that lever looking thing on the back? Welcome to the best shooting forum around.
