M2 disassembly

I searched around a bit and have not found anything. Can anyone point me to some directions for disassembling the M2 trigger group--specifically removing the lifter? I have the trigger group out, and I could just start pushing out pins and see what happens, but I was hoping there were some directions somewhere, so I don't screw anything up.

You forgot to tell us the story about how the hammer, hammer spring, and spring cap flew across the room once you got that carrier pin out. (Or am I the only idiot that did that the first time????)

Oh, I'm not as dumb as my wife thinks I am...I took 'before' pictures, and disassembled it inside of a big zip-loc bag, just in case. No problems.

But just in case, I had a browser open to the Brownells site, so I could order any replacement parts I couldn't find on the floor.
