BadShot
Hey All, Just coming over to USPSA from IDPA. I have been shooting a 625-4inch with a power factor of 142. The local USPSA club does shoot a fair amount of courses with 40-45 yard targets. I was wondering if the 5inch would be that much of a help. Also, I would like to start loading up to major power factor. Again, would the 5inch help tame the increase in recoil. If this is worth it, I would keep my current 625 and pick up another 5inch one. tightloop
If you are shooting IDPA go 4", USPSA go 5".
dajarrel
IMHO, the main advantage of a 5" over a 4" is the increased sight radius. It's small but, I think, significant. FWIW dj
