Chutist Posted May 4, 2004 Share Posted May 4, 2004 I read all the posts I could find on Magwells but things change and I though I'd revisit it.... Things I want the magwell to do for me: Help secure the weak hand of my grip. I have a "weld on" on my Para .45 and I notice it helps me lock my hand in. Provide leverage to help hold the gun down in recoil. I notice I can shoot the Para "flatter" because the mag well locks in my grip.... Must mount securely - I don't want it wobbling around.... Available in black or paintable....I want it to look natural on the gun. I'm still deciding on brass, SS or AL. I'm not really looking to add weight to the gun but I'd like to hear "pro's 'n con's". Lastly, help me get the mag in when I blow a load.... One of the things I noticed looking at some of the online vendors... Few seem to show the magwell ON THE GUN....that struck me as odd. So what do you have? Pro's 'n Con's Would you buy it again? Where can I find it? And do you have a link to a picture of one on a gun? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
