I am in the process of trying to go back to the large, as it seems the sights seem to line up naturally better for me. I shot the small backstrap for the past few months because of the ease of hitting mag release. But I think the sight alignment may be more important for me. Also draw seems quicker for me with large. If the sites are lined up, that is where the bullet will hit. The grips may make it harder/easier for you to line the sites up, but they in no way affect the alignment of the barrel and sites...
