I had never witnesses the official burning process...and still didn't hear all the details , but they first separate the Stars from the Stripes prior to burning. This lens is (almost) holy grail stuff and I like to run it wide open as much as possible. The body shoots 21 MP pics and is a full frame sensor ETA: I use Lightroom and PS typically, but these are all pretty much "as shot" without any real post work/editing as I was in a hurry to get them out to the group. Unfortunately I am not up to speed on my new to me D-80 with the Nikor 70-300 . They Did the ceremony at Dusk and my images are rather dark. I will try and share when I am feeling better.
