pharoh Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 Hi people, here's my question: I recently converted my limited custom in .40 to open division and I was wondering what recoil spring should i use? I'm currently using a 9lb wolf spring and my ammo is running at 165-168 power factor. I find that the muzzle jumps a bit but still manageable. The issue I'm finding is that my brass is only ejecting barely 2-3 feet away. Would it be safe to use a 8lb spring to help with ejection and lower the muzzle jump a bit while shooting?
