old jeff
Hi I am trying to find the ultimate accurate load for the 6" long slide STI target master in 9mm. I have searched through a bunch of reloading manuals for a 9mm lead round nose load. I have 122 grain lead bullets, winchester brass, winchester small pistol primers. I reload on the Dillon 550B. I have heard about the plated lead bullets but would like your advise. I shoot only target (paper & metal) and would like to strive for accuracy. Can you all recommend some loads? What lead bullets do you guys like best? What plated bullets do you all reocmmend? Thanks for your kind help. Jeff
Hi-Power Jack
I like WW231 powder which is similar to HP38 powder. But consensus is the best for 9mm is N320, 330 & 340. I've never tried them, but am happy with WW231. Jack

Boxerglocker
I'm loving my new Bear Creek Moly 135g RN load 4.0g loaded to 1.150 OAL out of my Spartan 9mm. 980 Fps, 133 PF. Pretty accurate 3 inch off hand at 25 yards.
