texarkana Posted April 27, 2011 Share Posted April 27, 2011 I would like to have a micro (docter, j-point, etc. not aimpoint) sight mounted as close to the rear of the slide as possible. BUT I want the mount attached to the frame. I have an EAA Tanfo gold in the mail. I have looked at all the mounts trying to find one that could be altered & adapted to fit my wants. My first question is, will the mount/sight interfer with the ejected shells because of its reward position? My second question is, has anyone tried/done that? If yes could you post some pictures & comments? And lastly, does anyone have any suggestions. Mounting the sight on the slide may be better but that is not what I want to do.
