mshotwell Posted August 1, 2011 Share Posted August 1, 2011 I really like the P90x.I lost 10lb the first 4 and 3in off my gut. My plan is to loose some wieght gain some strength. Then figure out away to maintain it. My wife an I just started biking so that should help. I just started my 6th week I'm not following the diet I just couldn't do it, too much of a farm boy to eat some of that stuff. I cut back alot and quite all the crap(POP, candy that kind of stuff). I still drink a beer now then. The Yoga kicks my ass and I couldn't do a pull up to save my life. Bottom line is I feel alot better physically and mentally. Good luck just stick with it.
