Looked but did not see any revolver matches. Am I wasting my time?

I think there is going to be an ICORE match at Midland Shooters Association whenever there is a 5th Saturday in the month

It is easier to provide help with match location if we know where you are and how far you are willing to travel. Texas is a big place and you may only be willing to ride an hour. My limit for a monthly match is about 2 hours each way. From Augusta Ga that means I will ride to Atlanta, Columbia SC, Charleston SC, or Greenville-Spartanburg SC.

REvolver shooters are a small but VERY dedicated bunch. Be patient look at the results from the local and not so local clubs to see what is the "Hot spot". I know there are several shooters in the San Antonio area that shoot revolver pretty much exclusively.

You can plan a trip to Memphis TN in NOvember, there you will see/shoot in the largest USPSA match attended by revolvers in HISTORY. It is called the Memphis Charity Challenge and it is listed in the USPSA upcoming matches part of the USPSA website. www.uspsa.com

Alot of the local clubs will have revolver divisons as well. I shoot two steel matches a month at the Dallas Pistol Club with revovler. We have a couple dedicated revolver shooters regularly. They also host USPSA and IDPA style matches that are fun. For IDPA and USPSA there are a couple clubs in the DFW area that run matches. Havent't been to any of them yet so not sure of the revolver count at them. I'm planning on checking out the Midland ICORE eventually, and I know OKC has a club that has a month ICORE match.
