dejadoo
I was reading through this old thread, Here, regarding powders and their performance variances at different temperatures. It was stated that "Clays gets faster as the temp gets higher". Does this mean that pressure increases as well? If you are loading on the upper end could have a kaboom due to a hot, sunny day? GrumpyOne
The only way for the bullet to pick up velocity (whether it be a positive temp sensitive powder or negative temp sensitive powder) is for the pressure to increase. So yes, if you are loading at the top of the spectrum with a positive temp sensitive powder, on a hot sunny day, it is possible.
