usmc1974
I was thinking about one of these to carry and, maybe shoot a little IDPA with. I was also wondering if they hold up. Anybody shot one much. Thanks B
konkapot
I posted a thread on this some years ago. My experience with a 96D as a duty gun was not great; lots and lots of locking blocks breaking, some frame cracking. This was with factory 180pf ammo. My experience with 92-series guns in Production was awesome; no issues whatsoever. Guns ran and ran and ran. The only time things get wierd is if you go with too light a hammer spring....you'll find yourself only able to use Federal primers. If they fit your hand properly, the Beretta is probably one of the best guns out there for Production/SSP. FY42385
